Nidhi Kalra

Nidhi has over 10 years of enriched experience in marketing, research and analysis. An alumnus of Modern school & IIPM Delhi, Nidhi has spearheaded & worked on a variety of research studies, in widely disparate industry verticals including Retail, Banking, Pharmaceutical, Consumer Durable, Telecom and Industrial products. She has managed a sizeable team of researchers across India in her various stints at Bates, ICMR & TNS. She has also been in a marketing/corporate communication role during her stint at Planman. An avid reader and learner, Nidhi has consistently been the best faculty at IIPM, she has also been trained at various tools and packages on research and SPSS besides certification on analysis for marketing decision by IIM K.

Jyotika Dhawan

Jyotika Dhawan has over 14 years of intense experience in HR operations and strategy. Jyotika studied political science at the Jesus & Mary college along with a Diploma in Training & Development from S.P.Jain. Post that she went on to complete her executive MBA in Human Resources from XLRI, Jamshedpur. Jyotika has worked in various roles/portfolio's in HR at Bharti. She has over 12 years of intense experience in HR operations and strategy. Her expertise includes Coaching, leadership development, management development programs and processes, Training & development processes and delivery, employee engagement and communication, talent acquisition and management. She is a Certified Trained Trainer from Achieve Global, a Thomas profile certified trainer & a Gallup employee engagement facilitator.

After pursing this area and coaching several leaders for the last few years, Jyotika is now certified as a  Professional Life Coach and is coaching several top leaders in the Indian corporate space.
